1. Delievery time = Processing + Shipping time
You will receive the item within 10 to 15 days of order. Below is our shipping policy. We invite you to readers to better understand.
1.1. Processing time Usually, we need 2 – 3 business days to prepare the items and there may be some delays during the shopping season.
1.2. Shipping time is different from country to country. As a flat shipping method ( DHL ), the delivery time will take 5 – 7 days.
Note: As you know, you have a tracking number but they still not shipping yet. To explain this case, the courier has accepted your order but they have not yet processed it. Please kindly wait a few days. We make sure that your wait is worth it. You will receive the package that you expect.
In some cases, because of Covid, the shipment takes more 3-5 days than normal. Please sympathize with us. We’ll try to expedite your shipment. Shoes and Hermes bags will take more time to prepare.

The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Moreover, Replacement of products and credits applied to your account for shipped items claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, and we may require you to sign and return an affidavit before looking into your claim.
We will replace products and credit your account at our discretion.
For handbags, you are able to cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it or before the order is confirmed by our Auto-system and the Business Department, whichever comes first. If 3 hours have passed from when you placed the order and/or we have confirmed the order, then the order CANNOT be canceled. If neither has occurred, simply access your order via “Track My Order” or “My Account,” click “Cancel Order” and follow the instructions.
